In addition to the newsletter this week, you’ll find another email with our annual report and accounts for 2023, in advance of the annual meeting next week , March 3rd. This is one of the pictures that sums up 2023 for me - café in holiday time, a table full of crafts, children having fun and parents catching up together, plus a wonderful band of volunteers making it all possible. It was a year where we made up for lost time following a couple of years significantly restricted by covid; one in which we said goodbye to Joe our curate and welcomed Hannah as children and families minister. We also hosted a second Valley Park festival in June as well as Messy barbecue in July and a back to school brunch in September. Christmas was a joyful celebration and we really couldn’t have fitted any more into the building for the carol service! Enjoy the memories as you look through the informal report and take a moment to note the more formal one alongside our accounts. We welcome questions on the accounts - please do contact Andrew our treasurer before the annual meeting so that he can help you with your query.
