31st March 22: The Bible Course: What Next?

The Bible Course: What next?
This Sunday we complete our look at the Bible Course, ending with 'Revelation and Review.'

Many of us are still looking at it together in our small groups: we're not finished yet even if our Sunday talks are! But what next? On Sundays, we'll be using the set readings for Easter remembering again Palm Sunday and Holy Week, before we start Easter season, through to Pentecost. These events are so central to our faith and it's a wonderful opportunity that the church calendar gives us, to explore them in more detail.

Having looked at the Bible Course though, it's good to reflect on what difference it will make to us going forwards. Has it left you with questions? Don't let them go un-asked - even if the answers aren't straight forward. We're hoping to look at difficult questions that have been asked, in due course . How will it change your practice? Something to consider and reflect on in your groups - maybe you could commit to using a daily Bible app and use your WhatsApp groups to chat about it. Let us know how your group's planning to take the learning forward and we'd love to share it with others, including your favourite resources. Let us know what works for you!

Annual Church Meeting

It's on Sunday at 1115 - please do plan to join us; we have some official business to do but that's fairly quick, and we have the chance to celebrate who we are and where we are and look forwards too. Agenda and last years minutes attached, along with the Review of 2021 from last week - and you can join us on Zoom if you prefer! And don't forget we'll share lunch together afterwards - just come along and bring some food if you've not had the chance to sign up.
