2023-01-05 Happy New Year

Today is 12th night - the last day of Christmas season and the eve of Epiphany. I don't know about you, but it feels like Christmas is long gone already as we travel headlong into 2023!

I really enjoyed all our Christmas celebrations at St Francis. There are more pictures on the next page! In our council and ministry team meetings this month, we'll be reviewing what went well and what we'd want to do differently another year. If you have any thoughts I'd love to hear your feedback - do email [email protected].

Tomorrow is Epiphany and we'll celebrate that on Sunday. Epiphany means to 'make manifest ' an it's the time to celebrate God manifesting Himself as the baby Jesus, and revealing Himself to the world. The season of Epiphany lasts until the end of January - what better way to start the new year than to reflect on God making himself known to each and every one of us!
