It's that end of term feeling - even if we haven't actually attended school for quite a while! Some schools finish this week; St Francis finish a week today and we'll have their leaver's service in St Francis on Tuesday morning - back in the church building for the first time since 2019. We can all join in celebrating the end of their term on Thursday 21st July with the Blooming Great tea party, 1 - 3.30 pm, in the church garden. More details p 4.
Start the party mood early with our Messy Church party and barbecue on Sunday at 3pm - usual Messy crafts, with bouncy castle and burgers! And ice lollies. More details p 3. Junior Church in the summer
Creche will continue, and Youth group will meet this week, as it's a third Sunday, at 10am. There'll still be junior church but with a slightly different format over the holidays - come and see, if you're primary school age! And if you're a little older we'd love a bit more help - could you help on just one Sunday in late July/ August? Contact Fiona: [email protected].
Café on Wednesdays - is a great place to bring children and grandchildren - and just hang out, whether you've come with littler ones or not! We'll continue to have craft throughout the summer - and there's space to play in the garden!
